The project addressed the challenge of optimizing room layouts to capture ample ambient sunlight within a deep, linear urban plot situated near a busy commercial hub. The design solution utilized a double-height central atrium combined with high-performance soundproof acoustic window frames, creating a bright, tranquil, and secluded interior environment.
