Khorshida's Residence is a state-of-the-art luxury villa covering 3,500 square feet, located in Shankuchail, Comilla. Designed by MT Interior under the leadership of Principal Architect Rezaul Karim and completed in 2026, the project features high-security boundaries, massive structural glazing, and a sophisticated minimalist aesthetic tailored for executive living.
The project successfully addressed the challenge of balancing expansive glass facades with strict privacy requirements and thermal insulation against afternoon heat gain. To overcome this, the design team deployed low-E double-glazed smart windows tint-optimized for thermal control, alongside deep architectural cantilever overhangs that naturally shade the private interior zones.
