Designed by MT Interior under the leadership of Principal Architect Rezaul Karim and completed in 2026, the project features high-security boundaries, massive structural glazing, and a sophisticated minimalist aesthetic tailored for executive living.

Habibur's Residence is a state-of-the-art luxury villa encompassing 4,900 square feet, located in RaceCourse, Comilla. Designed by MT Interior under the leadership of Principal Architect Rezaul Karim and completed in 2026, the project features high-security boundaries, massive structural glazing, and a sophisticated minimalist aesthetic tailored for executive living.
The project successfully addressed the challenge of balancing extensive glass facades with strict privacy requirements and thermal insulation against afternoon heat gain. To overcome this, the design team deployed low-E double-glazed smart windows that are tint-optimized for thermal control, alongside deep architectural cantilever overhangs to naturally shade the private interior zones.
