Compact Modular Kitchen Upgrade with Utility Balcony Setup

A space-optimized modular kitchen designed for daily Bengali cooking with improved ventilation and easy-clean surfaces. We adopted an L-shaped layout to maximize counter length while keeping a clear work triangle between sink, hob, and refrigerator.

Delivered PU-finished cabinets, quartz countertop, tall pantry pull-out, corner carousel, and a compact breakfast ledge. The adjacent utility balcony was organized with a wall-mounted drying rack, washing machine niche, and concealed plumbing for a cleaner look.
