The primary design challenge involved integrating complex medical gas infrastructure into the facility without compromising a warm, welcoming, and sterile environmental aesthetic. To solve this, the architectural team incorporated antimicrobial wall finishes and implemented a modular spatial layout designed for effortless operational efficiency and future physical expansion.
